These Terms & Conditions outline how I deliver my services and ensure a smooth and transparent working relationship.

1. Services Offered

I provide remote bookkeeping and financial management services, including but not limited to:

Chart of Accounts Review

Starter Package Services

Includes everything in Basic, plus:

Premium Package Services

Includes everything in Starter, plus:

Full Accounts Payable Management

Customized Reports & Setup

Unlimited Email Support

All services are delivered virtually and tailored based on the selected package.

2. Rates & Payments

Rates depend on the package chosen (Basic, Starter, or Premium), as agreed before the start of service.

Payment Terms

Payments are accepted weekly or bi-weekly only.

Monthly payments are not accepted.

Payments must be made in full before each service cycle begins.

Payment Methods

International: Stripe, PayPal, Wise
Philippines: GCash, Maya, Bank Transfer

3. No Refunds & No Cancellations

All payments are final and non-refundable.

Once a bookkeeping cycle is paid, the service cannot be canceled.

Scope upgrades or modifications are allowed, but all paid fees remain non-refundable.

Additional work outside of your package may incur additional charges.

4. Revisions, Adjustments & Additional Work

Revisions apply only to the current service cycle and the selected package. Additional charges may apply for:

Fixing prior months' books

Additional accounts not included in the agreement

Adjustments outside included services

Re-classifying old transactions

Catch-up or cleanup work is not part of the package

5. Privacy & Confidentiality

Your financial data and business information will always remain confidential and secure.

I guarantee:

No sharing, selling, or misuse of your information

Secure handling of login credentials and financial files

NDA signing upon request

6. Communication

Communication is done through:

Email

Messenger / WhatsApp

Zoom / Online Meetings

Regular updates will be provided based on your package level. Clear and timely feedback is expected to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

7. Deliverables & Ownership

After full payment and project completion:

You own all financial reports, reconciliations, and bookkeeping outputs.

I may include general work examples in portfolios without exposing sensitive business data, unless you request complete exclusion.

8. Service Agreement

By hiring me for bookkeeping services, you agree to these terms.
These guidelines ensure clear expectations, smooth collaboration, and accurate financial management for your business.
